Nilson Fernando Henao
Nilson Henao received the B.S. degree in electronics engineering from the Universidad de los Llanos, Villavicencio, Colombia, in 2010. MSc. degree in Electrical Engeniring from the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivieres (UQTR), QC, Canada, in 2013. He is currently working toward the Ph.D. degree with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in the UQTR. His research interests include include fuel cell control and optimization and energy management for hybrid electric vehicles. Currently his work is focused in machine learning techniques for Non-intrusive Appliance Load Monitoring (NIALM) to disaggregate and track device electrical signatures.
