So I’m a troubleshooter, instigator of change and general fixer. I’ve lived and worked in lots of different places (Europe, Africa, America), for lots of different companies.

Some of the things I’ve worked have included huge I.T. projects, re-inventing how business process work and moving customer service from one continent to another, always though resulting in a significant change in the way business is done.
