Motherhood is the greatest gift in life. For this, there is no doubt.

Yet, becoming a mother changes your life. Suddenly your attention, drive, desires, goals, ambitions all shift. Your entire focus becomes your child(ren).

Sometimes, it's when we - as women - become lost. Lost in our love for those who mean the world to us, but lost none the less.

In becoming lost, our health and happiness might suffer. We begin to lose who we are and begin to drain our deep well to care for our children and families.

I call this the empty bucket syndrome. You have given everything you have, never stopping to realize you also need to receive from your self.

In the process, you might create severe health issues, eating disorders, or chronic pain. Woops!

I work with my clients to recover themselves, fill their buckets, heal their bodies (and thus their lives) and get back onto the life they chose fully armed, filled with energy, love, compassion and with...well, a FULL BUCKET!
