How many people are in your family? Who are they?

Well I have four siblings, a 24 year old sister named Jessica, a 21 year old brother named Jacob, and 5 year old twin brothers named Makia and Anthony. My parents are divorced, and so there is my Mom and then there is my Dad and his fiance Christy.

Why did you choose WSU?

Well no one in my family has gone to college so I really had no idea where to go. My boyfriend of three years at the time had his Mom help me apply to colleges. She is a WSU alumni, so naturally I really wanted to go here.

Where is your favorite place to study?

The basement floor of Holland and Terrell by the windows. It is so quiet down there and you get to look outside when you get bored of your homework.

What advice do you have for new Cougar Parents?

Send care packages or letters of encouragement, especially near dead and finals week. My parents always send care packages around those stressful times and it really helps calm my nerves and my homesickness as well! As a student moving away from home, it is nice to know your parents are still thinking of you.

What are you involved in?

I volunteer at a daycare located in Pullman. I work with the kindergarten room! I also participate in WSU Rec's fitness classes. I am currently doing Hot Yoga and Club Dance.
