My goal is to guide new students through their academic careers and help them become successful and resilient people.

I am currently studying education at Highline College.

I like to play the piano and volunteer at elementary schools in my spare time.

Fun Fact! I have a varsity letter in community service.

One important tip for college success is to talk to your professors during their office hours. It really pays off and you form wonderful relationships and develop a new sense of confidence.

My message to new students is to not be afraid. College is your time to explore, but it is also a time to start thinking about your future. My biggest downfall in college was being scared and hiding in my car during breaks. Go study in the library, go talk to your teachers, volunteer in class, and don't be afraid to sit alone in the student union building. People are nicer than you think. Taking risks will only make you grow as a person and open up new doors for you. If you focus, keep yourself in check periodically, and do whatever it takes to help yourself succeed, you will definitely accomplish your biggest goals in life and be in awe at how easy it was to get here because you chose to be courageous.
