ORYPN / RJPRO

The Ontario Region Young Professional Network (ORYPN) was created in 2013 to provide a connection between the young populations within the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) in the Ontario region and other constituencies of the Agency. The YPN provides a more nimble alternative to a formal regional committee while still allowing a platform from which the CRA young professionals in Ontario can be more fully engaged and participate in the evolution of the Agency. The network aims to make the young population in offices across the Ontario region become active contributors to the future of the CRA. The ORYPN also creates opportunities for dialogue on young professional issues and priorities to help realize the full potential of these employees and foster the development of their leadership skills.
