Oldacre McDonald

Founded by Mark McDonald and Bill Oldacre, Oldacre McDonald LLC has been developing commercial real estate projects across the country for nearly three decades. Over the years, the Nashville-based company has completed more than 400 projects in 25 states, including major shopping centers and build-to-suit retail, restaurant, automotive, and medical projects. The company has earned a reputation for the consistent delivery of projects on time and in budget for some of the nation's largest retail brands.

Under the direction of Oldacre and McDonald, the firm has spearheaded a number of significant shopping destinations, including Nashville West in Nashville, Tennessee; TigerTown in Opelika, Alabama; The Highlands in Bristol, Virginia; The Oaks in Murfreesboro, Tennessee; and The Pinnacle in Bristol, Tennessee. The company is also currently developing Century Farms, a major mixed-use site spanning more than 300 acres in southeast Nashville, which is already home to a 6-story, 2,000 employee, Community Health Systems (NYSE: CYH) office, with much more to come, upon the completion of a brand new $30,000,000 I-24, Exit 60 interchange.

Oldacre McDonald supports local organizations such as the Nashville Dolphins special-needs aquatics program and the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce. The company also stays active in the larger commercial real estate development field through its membership in professional groups such as the International Council of Shopping Centers.
