Olivia Aronson is a third year Ph.D. student in the Area of Management of the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. She holds an M.B.A. focusing on entrepreneurship and an undergraduate degree in biology. Olivia leverages her unique background in management and the sciences in pursuit of her research focus on sustainable entrepreneurship. She has interned in New York focusing on data collection, environmental education, and ecological economics and completed a Tropical Marine Biology program focusing on collecting data for the Department of Environmental Conservation in WA.

In the past year she has presented several papers at the Western Academy of Management, Southern Academy of Management, and Academy of Management and is collaborating with faculty and colleagues on a rich publishing roadmap.
