Hello, I am Information Systems’ department manager.

My first passion is my job: information systems and processes. I made my entire career in the Information Technology domain: software development, network and system specialist, helpdesk manager, project leader. Now for 15 years, I am at the head of a full IT/IS department. I believe that it is important, when you manage IT teams to know their job, to be able to discuss and to understand their needs and issues. But IT is not only technology and I decided to complete my Engineer background with an Executive MBA that gave me a better functional understanding of all the information flow in the company processes and a strong knowledge in management.
So now, I think that my job is not only technical-wise, but my role as a cross-functional manager is to be part of the whole company processes design. Isn't it exiting?
But beyond my job I have a second passion: life. This picture is important for me because it shows my roots. I lived most part of my childhood in this landscape, in the south of France between the Pyrenean Mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. That gives an illustration of my credo: life is beautiful! From this period, I got the passion of the sea and mountain sports. Even if I am far away from it now, I keep on practicing sports like running, trekking and triathlon. It gives me the will to always find new challenges and to keep on trying to improve.
