O'neika M. is an entertainment touring, production and, artist manager residing in Los Angeles, CA. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Direction at The University of Southern California.

Using her passion and love for music, art, and culture she founded The McCabe Group & SixOne213 Collective in Los Angeles, CA.

Also serving as the Director of Artists and Repertoire (A&R) at Bungalo Records/Universal Music Group Distribution which she manages and oversees artist and repertoire staff development; discovers and develops new music talent, producers and writers.

The McCabe Group is a boutique touring, production, talent and, entertainment management firm catering to an eclectic roster of literary, speakers, master chefs, song writers, producers, performers, musicians, classical and performing artist. O'neika M. leads, counsels, and advises the careers of her clients with reputable resources.

She works daily with multi-platinum artist, recording labels, companies, executives, and venues. Preparing budgets, executing operational touring logistics, and coordinating production for traveling entertainers performing live on stage, and television around the world.

SixOne213 Collective is a full service independent licensing & placement firm maximizing superb contacts, throughout advertisement, television and film for their established artist/writers. They proudly represent a developing roster of independent & up-and-coming artist/writers and musicians in every genre of music.

In addition, she serves as the lead branding and marketing consultant for online editorials, haberdashery & entertainment companies.
