Member of a team consisting of 10 legal experts entrusted by the Indonesian National Law Development Agency (BPHN Indonesia) to prepare the academic draft of the new code of civil procedures to replace the old and colonial-style Herziene Inlandsch Reglement & Rechtsreglement Buiten Gewesten.

Legal Expert Witness before Indonesian courts & other tribunals.

By invoking the teachings of Charles-Louis Secondat, Baron de la Brede et de Montesquieu, presented expert opinion on the question raised by the Indonesian Court of Auditor as to whether costs associated with the court civil procedures, payable by the parties to court civil procedures, constitute the state budget, subject to audit by the Court of Auditor.

Expert Resource Person for the Commission for the Supervision of Business Competition (KPPU) in preparing the draft guidelines for understanding Article 27 of Indonesian Competition Law.
