Pain Maps

Pain Maps is a resource center dedicated to the potential in neuroplastic approaches to healing pain and neurological dysfunction in the hopes of broadening insightful discourse. In support of self education and initiative, it offers material, sources and ideas that enable non-invasive, drug-free options to pain reduction while exploring new dimensions in the narrative of neuroscience. Inspired by the groundbreaking writings of Norman Doidge, it asks how the imagination can be utilized in interpreting neuroplastic concepts when it comes to the deeply personal nature of pain and neurological disorders. Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), otherwise known as Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy (RSD), is highlighted. http://www.painmaps.com/
