Pam, owner of Pam's Virtual Assistant Services. Having worked in the real estate industry for over 25 years in various capacities, I understand the needs of various real estate agents and can set up a team of highly experienced virtual assistants to lighten your workload so that you can spend more quality time with your clients.

My team of virtual assistants will work daily, and nights/weekends when necessary. We can handle all types of tasks such as; any and all REO and Equity (conventional) Real Estate transactions, including but not limited to; BPOs, accounting & reimbursements, HOA & utilities, pre-marketing & marketing, asset management, contract to close, short sales, MLS search, input of MLS listings, typing of forms and attaching pictures. We work with all the different banks: REO, Fannie, Freddie, and Short Sale & Traditional.

We are familiar with many different MLS systems and have worked with different Realtors in many States. We have a competitive starting rate and will develop a custom list of tasks specifically designed around your needs and build a highly trained virtual team of real estate assistants and project managers to get the job done right!
