Paseka Komape
Student in Johannesburg, Auckland Park
I am an aspiring 3rd-year educator in the senior phase and FET specialising in Sepedi home language and physical education and an education student at the University of Johannesburg. I am based in Auckland Park, Johannesburg, with a passion for teaching, lifelong learning and making a meaningful contribution to the development of young people. I am committed to creating inclusive, engaging and learner-centred environments that encourage academic achievement, critical thinking and personal growth.
Throughout my studies and teaching practice, I have developed skills in lesson planning, classroom management, communication, teamwork and problem-solving. I am eager to continue building my professional experience while applying educational theory in practical settings. I approach every opportunity with enthusiasm, professionalism and a willingness to learn. I value collaboration with colleagues, learners and the wider school community.
Outside of my academic pursuits, I enjoy reading, fashion, sports, and music. These interests help me stay creative, adaptable and connected to diverse perspectives, qualities that I believe enhance my ability to relate to learners and contribute positively to any educational environment.
I am currently seeking opportunities to grow as an educator, expand my professional network and contribute to schools and organisations that value excellence, innovation, and learner success.
