Patrick Kuczwara
Biomedical Engineering Student and Leader in Johnsburg, Illinois
An undergraduate student studying biomedical engineering at the University of Arkansas, Patrick Kuczwara has fulfilled multiple leadership roles throughout his academic training. As a high school student, Patrick Kuczwara served as a member of the link crew program from 2013 to 2015, during which time he guided incoming freshman students through their first weeks and months in high school. As a mentor and role model, he met with new students each week, as well as collaborated with other program leaders during team-building activities. While in high school, he was also a member of the National Honor Society from 2013 to 2015.
Today, Patrick Kuczwara is a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success, the largest leadership honor society in the US. A student must be selected by his or her college based on leadership potential or academic standing to gain membership. Mr. Kuczwara has been a member since 2016.
In addition to his studies at the University of Arkansas, Mr. Kuczwara enjoys a range of athletic pursuits. Baseball is his first passion, and he has also been a PADI-certified scuba diver since he was 12.
