After graduating from Louisiana State University, Patrick McMath accepted a position as a job site manager at McMath Construction, where he served for two years before pursuing legal studies. He completed a JD at the Loyola University of New Orleans College of Law and subsequently practiced at the 22nd Judicial District Attorney’s Office in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana. In March 2015, Patrick McMath returned to the family construction business as an executive officer and legal advisor. In that capacity, he provides legal counsel and management direction, and he oversees the company’s philanthropic efforts as well.

Patrick McMath pursues several hobbies and interests, such as offshore fishing, listening to Jimmy Buffet music, and traveling with his family. He has visited London, New York, and Boston, among other major cities. Having a passion for baseball, Mr. McMath aims to attend a game at each major league ballpark in the United States. In addition, he enjoys watching football and supports the New Orleans Saints and the Louisiana State University Tigers.
