After years of working in the family construction business, building homes with his father, Paul Biagini was inspired to enter the real estate field so that he could help others buy and design their dream homes, just like his father did.

Paul earned his real estate license as well as an associate degree in English from SUNY Orange. He later graduated Magna Cum Laude from Mount Saint Mary College with a B.S. in pre-law and history with a minor in philosophy. After finishing his education Paul Biagini took over the sales and marketing for his father's company, Highview Estates of Orange County. After which Paul became an agent and went on to sell over $4 million in real estate in his first year alone.

Since becoming a realtor, Paul has continued to grow his experience with remodeling, construction, and sale. He primarily works in subdivisions and enjoys being able to interact with a variety of people. Paul particularly enjoys being in the Hudson Valley as it offers a rustic country style for buyers, with a close proximity to the city.

In his formative years, Paul had spent much of his time helping his father in construction and remodeling. His father taught him many lessons about the business that he still uses today. Now, in addition to being a realtor, he continues to run his family's construction business with his brother. Together they build new properties from the ground up and extend their family legacy.

Paul considers homebuilding to be more than a career. Getting to interact with customers on a daily basis and helping them build their dream homes, makes him genuinely happy and satisfied.

Paul is now a NYS Licensed Real Estate Broker/Owner of Biagini Realty, located in Washingtonville, NY.

When he is not at work, Paul enjoys working out, reading, and having fun with his family by spending time on the family farm.
