An experienced business leader and management professional, Paul Liska has held a number of executive positions over the course of his career, including time as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Motorola, Inc., in Schaumburg, Illinois. In addition to his work as an executive, Paul Liska has established relationships with a number of important industry organizations. He is on the board of directors of CNA Financial Corporation and the Hunter Fan Company. In the past, he has gained further leadership experience as executive chairman of USF Corporation.

Mr. Liska studied management with an emphasis on accounting at both the University of Notre Dame and Northwestern University. In addition to his various domestic professional activities, he has gained international business experience on the board of directors for Sears Canada, Sears Mexico, and Global Net Exchange. He has also supported the community efforts of organizations, such as the Walker Arts Center and the Children’s Theatres Company in Minneapolis.
