The people who work with me value high-impact learning. They want to put together instructor-led or self-paced educational programs, and want to make sure they are effective and engaging...BUT don't have the time, resources, confidence, or know-how to do it entirely on their own.

I work closely with my clients - small and large companies, consultants, and life/business/executive coaches - to help them create workshops, teleclasses, webinars, and learning materials that educate and engage their unique audiences.

Some clients prefer that I do most of the hands-on work for them; others just need a little bit of guidance and coaching as they do their own hands-on work.

I am the founder and Chief Instructional Designer of Custom Training Design and Courageous Heart Coaching and the Teleclass Director for the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICFLA).

I have my masters degree in adult education, and I'm a certified professional co-active coach through the Coaches Training Institute.
