4 years ago I drove into the parking lot of my last employer and decided that I could not do this anymore. I walked into the building and quit my 13 year career at a great company with great benefits. I had no plan, no job. I had a family of 5 to support with kids in private schools. Bad timing? Maybe, but when is the timing good. I just knew I had to explore my passion - to start my own company. That's when Interworks was born. It's been a crazy 4 years, but fulfilling! Looking forward to the future...as long as we can turn down the craziness... just a little.
