Fluent in English, Spanish, and multicultural, Paulo Quevedo de la Vega, was born February 1st 1975, in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico and raised in El Paso, Texas.

Paulo Stars as Bill Morrison, a bi-lingual Pilot TV Series "LA PILOTO 2" (The Pilot)) airing 2018 on Univision Network.

His versatility and dedication has taken him to Guest Star as the antagonist on the American TV Series "Burn Notice" on USA Network.

Classically trained, Paulo started his professional career as a singer in 1997 when he joined the Mexican boy band “TIERRA CERO”. His popularity was so acclaimed that in less than a year “KAIRO”, another boy band from Mexico brought him on board. With KAIRO, Paulo toured all of Latin America with his fellow members Gabriel Soto (Actor) and Roberto Assad (Actor).

Paulo's charisma, boundless energy, and professionalism, soon landed him to model for numerous top designers and clothing companies around the United States and Latin America.
