Paul Schiefer is President of Amy’s Kitchen where he oversees key corporate functions and the senior leadership team, including sales, marketing, supply chain, technology, employee engagement, and the Amy's Drive Thru business. He has been with the company for 16 years, during which he has played an instrumental role in every aspect of the business, including business development, international trade, manufacturing, communications, operations, sustainability, and process improvement.

During his tenure at Amy's, Paul has led key initiatives, including the successful launch of Amy's Drive Thru, Amy’s Kitchen’s international expansion, and the company’s B Corp certification, demonstrating his strategic vision and ability to drive growth.

In addition to his role at Amy's Kitchen, Paul is on the board of the Organic Trade Association (OTA). He is also actively involved in the B Corp & ESG communities, highlighting his commitment to sustainable business practices.

Paul's passion for organic foods and the industry runs deep. He is excited to be part of the next generation of organic industry leaders and is dedicated to ensuring that Amy's Kitchen continues to deliver great-tasting food that is also good for the planet.
