I blog for all those people who bake in their ratty sweatpants instead of their chef coat. It's for those who chose the Snickers bar over the Lavender-scented dark chocolate. For those who have sat in front of the TV after a horrible day at work with a spoon in one hand and a tube of cookie dough in the other.
My blog is for the person who wants to make desserts that have a twist that they hadn't thought of. It designed so that beginning bakers can achieve success, and experienced bakers can be inspired.
I've run Culinary Concoctions by Peabody for the last 7 years. I write for General Mill's blog Tablespoon where I contribute to the Rock UR Party section. I do research and development and food photography for the soon to be launched Calla Sweets, an online bakery.
