I am a Leadership Coach and an Experience Engineer. I work with individuals, groups and teams to hack the human condition. I support my clients to lead their lives or endeavours in more fulfilled, balanced and purposeful ways. As an Education Consultant it is my mission to bring this kind of work to schools.
I create and hold spaces that support individuals and teams uncover and amplify their strength and skills. I use approaches that look at the whole person or system – not just what what we are doing, but who are being and how we show up in the world. This includes honing our emotional intelligence and connecting more powerfully to our intuition.
To create workshops and programmes, the tools and inspiration of an Experience Engineer come from a variety of sources including behavioural science, mindfulness, neuroscience, design thinking to name a few.
I am interested in working with people who want to take responsibility for their world – no matter how big or small that may be.
I am a co-founder and Director of The Skills Lab, a consultancy facilitates cultural change in organisations that allow people to develop soft-skills. I am a founding trustee of Spark+Mettle, a charity that acts as an ‘aspirations agency’ running well-being and employability programmes for marginalised young adults in the UK and internationally. I am a school Governor at Spa Special school in Southwark where I chair the Education Committee. I am also a Fellow of the RSA and registered with the International Coaching Federation.
Previously, I worked at Teach First where I designed, and trained others to deliver, Leadership Development experiences, workshops and programmes. Prior to this, in my role as a teacher, I was Head of Physics and Duke of Edinburgh awards leader. I hold a Masters degree in Theoretical Physics from
