Key positions held in my career are General Manager and CIO, Principal Business/Research Analyst, Senior Business/Systems Analyst.
I hold two Master Degrees in Business Administration (MBA) and Software Engineering (MSE), an Executive Certificate in Business Analysis, and other industry certifications and/or training in ITIL, COBIT, Project Management, and Business Analysis. Key areas of my work with Business-Technology focus have revolved around business/systems analysis, business process engineering, organizational development, strategy/vision, project management, and program management. I helped develop business analysis methodology for local government and non-profit agencies via Common Ground project funded by Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
I enjoy spending time with my family; wife, two kids, and parents.
