Pete Kokuzian

Business executive Pete Kokuzian began his career in sales and marketing at Square D/Groupe Schneider (now Schneider Electric) in Illinois, rising to the post of Director of Organizational Development. Subsequently, Pete Kokuzian accepted a position at Rittal Corporation in Ohio as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Under his leadership, the Electromate division increased sales by 35 percent in 3 consecutive years, the length of his tenure at the company. In 2003, Pete Kokuzian joined PANDUIT CORP. (Panduit) as Vice President of U.S. Sales. In this capacity, he oversaw the firm’s domestic data communications and electrical sales teams. Promoted to Vice President of Global Sales, Mr. Kokuzian spearheaded the design and launch of the company’s sales governance model. Currently, he serves as Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales, leading global sales activities and developing competencies. As such, he holds responsibility for international strategic channels, system integrators, and the largest end-user accounts. Under Pete Kokuzian’s sales direction, the firm has experienced double-digit growth for multiple consecutive years. He played a key role in implementing a customer relationship management (CRM) tool that enriched the skills and mastery of the global sales organization. Founded in 1955, Panduit boasts sales of more than $500 million annually, with 3,500 employees at multiple U.S. locations, as well as at plants and sales sites around the world. Pete Kokuzian serves at the company’s Chicago headquarters. A four-year scholarship recipient at the Illinois Institute of Technology, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Pete Kokuzian completed a Master of Business Administration in Financial Management at National University in San Diego. A member of the National Association of Electrical Distributors and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Pete Kokuzian supports The 700 Club and Calvary Inspiration Ministries. When not engaged in professional or charitable pursuits, he remains active, enjoying snorkeling and playing golf and basketball. Mr. Kokuzian also takes pleasure in traveling and sightseeing.
