I help leaders, entrepreneurs and organisations create clarity when they are navigating change.

I am Dutch, currently living in the Netherlands after 18 years in Gdańsk, Poland. Gdańsk is still very much part of my story and still feels like home.

In 2006, I co-founded Goyello, a software company that grew into an international team and was acquired by Aspire Systems in 2018. I stepped away from that journey in 2020, after nearly fifteen years of building, leading and learning.

Since then, my work has moved deeper into transformation: how people, teams and organisations make better decisions in complexity, uncertainty and transition.

I work at the intersection of entrepreneurship, leadership, technology, systems thinking and human development. My current focus is on helping responsible leaders create space for clearer thinking, healthier growth and more grounded action.

I am less interested in growth for its own sake, and more interested in progress that fits: with people, with context, and with the world we are part of.

Outside work, endurance sport keeps me honest. I swim, bike and run, and I have learned a lot from training, racing and supporting athletes in their own development.

Technology still amazes me. People still inspire me. But these days, I am most interested in what becomes possible when both are used with more care and awareness.
