Phil Garrow

Until April 2012, Phil Garrow served as Director of ADDC Homes LTD in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. In that role, he held responsibility for the design, development, and construction of luxury homes. The firm handles all aspects of construction, from conceptualization to interior design, working one on one with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Phil Garrow and his team designed homes ranging in price from $25,000 to $1.8 million, with a wide variety of amenities and flourishes, including stainless steel appliances, custom tile, chrome pendant lights, and walnut floors. The firm has received numerous awards for its work.

Immediately prior to joining ADDC Homes, Phil Garrow served as Director of Sales and Service for Progressive Search Corporation, a sales and marketing recruitment firm in Vancouver, Canada. Garrow worked directly with clients to identify talents in order to enhance connections. He prioritized the placement of sales professionals in the appropriate position while helping client companies reach revenue and profit goals. Phil Garrow also held employment as a National Account Manager with Drake International, a global recruitment firm for temporary and permanent staffing needs. During his tenure with Drake, Garrow oversaw a revenue growth of 157 percent within a year and a half.

Phil Garrow attended Southwestern University on a tennis scholarship and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology. After graduation, he found employment as an Assistant Manager for Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Garrow eventually earned a promotion to Branch Manager, in which capacity he oversaw the operations of a $1.5 million business and maintained responsibility for staffing, business generation, and accounting.
