Phil Bailey

Las Vegas, Nevada

Phil Bailey is a real estate professional that has helped over 100 families avoid foreclosure. His current focus is to help families save money by educating them on how to be more energy efficient in their homes with low cost tips, upgrades, and evaluations.

Real estate hasn’t always been Phil’s passion. Growing up in Atlanta, GA, Phil graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and moved out west to Las Vegas to design flood control facilities in 2005. In 2009, after surviving numerous layoffs, the engineering firm closed and with little opportunities for Civil Engineers in Vegas, Phil shifted his career focus to real estate sales. Starting at Eco Properties at the beginning of 2010, he quickly stood out from his peers as he transferred his work ethic and systems from engineering to his new career. In 2010, Phil was named Eco Properties Rookie Agent of the Year, in 2011 he was Agent of the Year, and in 2012, he bought the Southern Nevada Division of the company. Phil has a Client 1st mentality that he stresses to his team daily. “Commissions will come if clients are happy” and the goal is to be the go to source for any real estate question or need.

When not helping families, Phil enjoys time with his wife and young son. He enjoys playing indoor soccer, flag football, and golf and cheers for the Braves, Falcons, Arsenal and Yellow Jackets. Phil also volunteers his time with the Red Rock Rotary Club with various service projects helping all parts of the Las Vegas Valley Community.
