I remember helping my grandparents on their farm when I was young. I did not appreciate the work that went into making preserves, jams, pickles after they had been harvested. My contribution was usually in pulling vegetables and berries from the gardens.

Now that I have kids and and a career, I appreciate the opportunity to express myself in the kitchen. Now I want to create some of the wonderful memories from childhood and maybe add my own special take on them.

Creativity extends to my career as well. Coding allows me to exercise my brain and resolve issues in my workplace. Ruby and SQL form the majority of my portfolio.
