Phillip Pahlisch

An alumnus of Oregon's West Linn High School, Phillip Pahlisch completed courses at Northwest Nazarene University in Idaho before returning to his home state in 2001 to work as a construction manager with Pahlisch Homes. Through 15 years with the company, Phillip Pahlisch was a five-time Northwest Natural Street of Dreams Builder award winner and helped expand the company's extensive residential real estate portfolio to more than 30 from-the-ground-up neighborhoods throughout Oregon as well as in Southwest and Southeast Washington. He also served as vice president of the company from 2012 to 2016.

In December 2016, Phillip Pahlisch founded Legacy Built. There, he has continued to expand upon his home-building experience in an executive role while emphasizing energy-efficient measures in the construction process. He has completed projects as expensive as $5 million and, in 2018, earned his fifth Northwest Natural Street of Dreams Builder award. Moreover, the company's project portfolio was recently voted most popular on the online home builders community, Houzz.
