Jianquan Liu

Hi, my name is Jianquan Liu, I am a student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Ever since I was a little kid I wanted to do something big, something that can have an impact on this world. I dreamt of being an astronaut, a scientist, and even a political figure of high status, but those were just childhood dreams. Now, I am pursuing a career in the financial industry, which has drawn my attention since the crash of Lehman Brothers. From then on I started watching CNBC and other news channels. I became more aware of current events and global situations which are all relevant to the study of the financial industry.
