I have won many titles over the years in Usatt's official league as well as joining the league from Indianapolis Indiana, to Plainfield Indiana, to Detroit Michigan. My advice came from over 20 years of winning primarily with my service.

Back when you play 21 and each player is served 5 times, I can rely on winning most of their service number if not all and then aim to win two to three parts of them, make sure my win. It is important to realize that I control the outcome of the game when I dominate in serving the ball.

There are some types of spins you can place on ping pong table to control the direction it turns out of their paddle and in the direction it will landing on your side of the board.

Before settling why and how I used different spins to my advantage, let me advise you to do what I did, according to my contributing manager who served the best in the tournament that I played.

First, I would spend considerable time, repeatedly practicing the same portion from the top of the table to the other. I'll practice getting my serve to travel as close to the net as possible. I will make this repeated countless times. If you start this way, you will reap substantial results. I usually spend 1/2 hours per day to practice serving, perfecting my service.

Secondly, the practice of disguise serves the same appearance, i.e. if you put a spin back on the ball that will make the ball drive down into the grid forcing your opponent to lift the ball puts you in a position to slam the ball or return it With the same ring back or a positive spin, practice away from a clean backspin to a spin behind the left side at the bottom right of the ball and at the bottom left of the ball. This will lead to a dilemma for your opponent if they can recognize you are turned back into the ball, do they realize that you don't just squeeze the ball down but left or right? This will lead to whether they can accurately react but do not place balls on the ping pong table, and often turning your back will cause it to spin too far left or right of the table. This can also be applied to the topspin, but with the opposite effect right or left. Third, buy a "rubber " Designed for a lot of spins. I played with Double Happiness. It's very efficient and very hard to control competitors.

Fourth, make sure your paddle is designed to spin.
