I have pursued my qualifications from the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) and CTI (Coaches Training Institute). I am also an active member of the CIPD and ICF (International Coach Federation). Having a strong background of Learning & Development I now enjoy coaching individual clients and partner them in there journey.

I strongly believe that each one of us is gifted with huge wisdom within us, many a times we seek for answers outside, without a single peep inside. Allowing ourselves to explore within may shock or pleasantly surprise us - both for the good - :)
