Roles & Responsibilities:
Collect and maintain Tier1 vendors database,
Prepare the hotlist/Bench list of our W2 consultants & advertise the hot list to the recruiters
through mass mailing, Google groups & YIM.
Market the consultant’s resumes on the visas like OPT-EAD, H1, GC – EAD, GC & US Citizens.
Upload the consultants resume to the job portals like Dice, Monster, TechFetch, Career Builder
on behalf of consultant.
Maintain good rapport with the consultants & tier1 vendors.
Send the open job positions to the consultants & get approval of the consultant to submit their
resume to the respective clients.
Negotiate the pay rates with the recruiters as high as possible.
Checking with the consultants whether they are comfortable with the job description.
Submitting our consultant resume for the appropriate job posting along with contact
information.
Rechecking with vendors about end clients and client details to avoid double submittals.
Co-ordinate with the vendors regarding interview schedules for our consultants and let our
consultants/ Management know about them.
If any interviews were arranged, Will take an email confirmation from the vendor to keep the
time slots open and make our consultant fully prepared for the interview.
Follow up with vendors regarding feedback of interviews,
Onboard the consultants and build relation with them.
