Premanand Sivalingam

Premanand Sivalingam is the Asst Professor of Science and Humanities Department in Jayaram College of Engineering and Technology in India.Premanand was born to Mr.Sivalingan. His grandfather was the Accountant in Thinnanoor Village,taking care of People welfare in small village. His father is the People welfare worker. Premanand attended Bishop Heber Higher Secondary School,Tiruchirappalli.He was just finishing his undergraduate Computer Science as Bachalor at Bharathidasan University in 2001,then he did his Master of business Administration at Bishop Heber College,Tiruchirappalli in 2004.He immediately returned to work as an Channel Manager in Standard Chartered Asset Management Company Limited and by 2007,he took to learn Management in bharathidasan University and joined M.Phil(Management),With that all effort,he started his Own Human Resource Consultancy which provide Labour and Training for Corporates.

He made himself as member of National Human Resource Development Network-Tiruchirappalli Chapter,Confedration of Indian Industry,Human Rights Organisation of India and Youth Indian Congress, India.

Took most initative on helping people for Self help group in Srinivasanagar,UKT Malai and Viralimalai and given Motivation Training Programme for Blind and deafdumb Students.

Handled more corporate Softskill Training Programme for TIDISSIA,BHELSSIA,WEAT,TPC and other industries.Conducted more employability opportunity to public and made them to skilled workers in Trichy District.Understanding more about people,he likes to join for Psychology programme in University of Madras as Master of Science.

Premanand has been recognized by India Makkal Urumai Kalagham and Imalaya Thozhil malar as one of the Best Acheiver for his serving better to the society.

Currently,Premanand Sivalingam,pursing his Ph.D in Knowledge Management at Bharathidasan University and he presented/conducted many papers,conference and meetings.

Area of Interest : Knowledge Management,Human Resource Management and Project Management.
