Real Estate Investor & Entrepreneur in Rhode Island, USA

I am a Rhode Island real estate investor, entrepreneur, and property redevelopment specialist. My work focuses on finding long-term value in residential, mixed-use, historic, and workforce housing properties.

I developed an interest in real estate through hands-on experience and a lifelong appreciation for New England architecture. Growing up, I learned the importance of maintaining a home, understanding how buildings work, and taking responsibility for what you own. Those lessons continue to shape the way I approach every project.

I believe successful real estate work requires patience, careful research, and strong planning. I do not view properties as short-term opportunities. I see them as part of a wider community. My goal is to improve each building while respecting the people who live, work, and invest in the surrounding neighbourhood.

I work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, lenders, attorneys, accountants, and property managers. I value clear communication, thoughtful decisions, and collaboration.

Historic preservation is especially important to me. I enjoy helping older buildings meet modern needs while protecting their character and craftsmanship.

I am also passionate about mentoring aspiring investors and encouraging more women to explore real estate. My goal is simple: build responsibly, strengthen communities, and leave every property better than I found it.
