Coffee comes first. Then it’s a daily balancing act between a mentally demanding public service role and my creative life: writing, filming, baking, questioning everything, and occasionally yelling at my screen (in French).
By day, I navigate a maze of bureaucracy, public expectations, and system errors, the kind of work that tests your patience, your memory, and sometimes your will to live. It gave me perspective… It also sidelined my creative drive — until mid-2023, when I returned to what matters most: storytelling.
Since then, I’ve launched my book Digital Existence: The Untold Truth of Second Life, reignited my YouTube channel under the Meta Realities banner, and started building stories across platforms, from virtual worlds to screenplays. I explore the messy, fascinating overlap between digital and physical life, from AI to VR, avatars to ethics. My goal isn’t to hype the tech, but to ask what it’s doing to us and what we’re doing with it.
When I’m not deep in a writing hole, you’ll find me on my Meta Quest 3, exploring Once Human and the edges of immersive storytelling or on Xbox, still loyal to Destiny 2 and the friendships it forged across oceans. I also film virtual videos in Second Life, blog on Substack, and occasionally spiral into digital research rabbit holes for fun.
Weekends involve long beach walks, not for romance, but for sanity. I bake like a cliché Frenchwoman and I edit like someone trying to outsmart the algorithm.
Meta Realities isn’t just a brand, it’s how I process this hybrid life we all live now. And I’m just getting started.
