Priyanca Ford

I'm the founder and an executive board member of Kronos Fusion Energy, where I'm building compact, low-neutron fusion generators for commercial grids and defense — MetroVolt and AEGIS, on our S.M.A.R.T. architecture.

My path to fusion ran through the grid, not the lab. After leading smart-grid and advanced-metering analytics at Edison International, I came to see fusion as an engineering and commercialization problem as much as a physics one — and started Kronos to attack it that way. I'm a three-time founder with two exits, trained in economics and applied mathematics at UCLA, with executive education at Harvard and Stanford. Investor, board member, and game theorist at heart.
