Based in Davis, West Virginia’s beautiful Canaan Valley, Q & A Associates is an organization committed to supporting and educating young adults who have encountered difficulties maintaining a healthy and productive transition into the independence of adulthood. The organization addresses a variety of issues through three distinct programs. Applewood Transitions has been designed to help young women develop critical life skills in a strong community environment. The program emphasizes applying skills that may have been learned in a therapeutic setting to real world situations. Q & A Associates also runs The Journey WV. Similar to Applewood Transitions, The Journey WV assists young men in overcoming life obstacles by confronting real life situations thanks to the help of certified life coaches and mentors.

Finally, Q & A Associate’s Cabin Mountain Living program caters to the needs of young men and women with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related neurodevelopmental disorders. The program takes into account an individual’s needs and goals on a case by case basis, allowing each client to pursue his or her maximum level of independence possible.
