My company, Epicurean World, is a culinary services providing company based in Singapore and beside conducting numerous workshops and master classes, creating menus, developing and standardizing recipes, I also guide clients on detailed food product specifications, ingredient amounts, portion sizes, detailed production methods and procedures to ensure test kitchen consistency.
