I am currently employed as the General Manager for the Southern & Sub-Saharan Africa region, at an international Engineering firm, specialising in the renewable energy sector.

I have a cumulative of 10 years’ experience in Engineering over numerous disciplines; business management, sales & business development management, design engineering & manufacturing and project engineering. My work across the continent has given me the ability to be able to work well with diverse, multicultural, multi-skilled teams. I have had the opportunity to hone my communication and interpersonal skills in the management positions that I have held over the years. I have also learned how to make critical decisions in high pressure situations.

I have gained valuable experience and insight around business cultures, markets and environments whilst developing our business in various African countries.

My passion lies in developing a business with a specific interest in being strategically involved in the growth and management of the business.

I believe in creating and fostering a lean business model, driven by a highly motivated workforce working towards a common objective and vision.
My recent experience in the renewable energy sector has allowed me to develop a powerful network of contacts, furthermore I have been able to have a good understanding of what most of the industry players are doing to increase and capture market share to gain a competitive advantage.
