Quincey Holloway

An experienced mental health professional in New Jersey, Quincey Holloway is committed to helping young people develop the skills to cope with life’s challenges. Since 2013, he has served as the president and chief executive officer of Partners for Hope, PC, a mental health agency serving children with behavioral and emotional disabilities. In his leadership role with the agency, Quincey Holloway secures funding and implements regulations for more than 40 employees serving children throughout the state of New Jersey.

Previously, Mr. Holloway was the program director for Developmental Disabilities Health Alliance in Bloomfield, New Jersey. He also spent five years teaching in the psychology department at Bloomfield College. He holds a bachelor of arts in psychology from Montclair State University and a master of social work from the Wurzweiler Graduate School of Social Work at Yeshiva University.

In his free time, Quincey Holloway enjoys traveling, experiencing new cuisines, and attending jazz performances with his wife. A former collegiate football player, he counts the Philadelphia Eagles among his favorite professional teams.
