Sven-Erik Hennum-Johnsen

Born 1965, coursed high-school in Oslo and Officers Acadamey/ Military Service during 2 years. I hold a BA from Copenhagen Business School and a Maîtrise de Sciences de Gestion (1 year) from Université de Nancy, France. My first job was with Alcatel Qualcomm in Paris 1990-1992 in satellite communications. I left for Venezuela to work with L.M. Ericsson in business development in Caracas in the autumn of 1992 after 5 weeks of intensive Spanish language training in Madrid etc. Senior sales executive at TSAT (Norwegian Marconi subsidiary) in Oslo from 1994-1997 setting up distribution throughout Europe. By year-end 1997 I left for Madrid to initiate SuperOffice CRM (largest nordic CRM editor) Spanish subsididary. I continued SuperOffice in Spain as an independant distributor and private company untill early 2004 when the activity was absorbed by Matchmind IT consultancy company. At Matchmind I was responsible for the SMB business unit for 3 years and afterwards independant consultant with the company untill 2010. My most important project was the creation of a SaaS application for SMB editorials based on MS Navision ERP (probably the first one based on MS Navision ERP of its kind built in Spain and among the first ones in Europe ). Shortly after the acquisition of Matchmind by Telvent (Abengoa) I left Matchmind. Since 2006 untill date I have developped the business of emporia (www.emporia.at) in Spain. I´m also partner in 3 small/medium IT companies in France (2000) and Norway (2007 and 2011). The activities range from electronic product catalogues to automated data capture using digital pen´s/tablets and professional facebook pages and social media monitoring. Ocassionally, I´ve been involved in renewable energy projects (PV and Wind). Currently I´m assisting www.eco-car.es with their export strategy Eco-Car is a device for fuel savings for motors running in fosile fuel and for gas emission reductions. On the personal side I´m passionate about other cultures and people, languages, travel, food, wine, history, theatre, winter sports, trekking... I´m also a happy but bad sailor! I have fluent command of; Norwegian and Danish, English, French, Spanish and "social" knowledge of Italian and some German notions.
