I am Rana Khateeb and I hold both responsibilities: the translator as well as the project manager.

The idea of working as a translation project manger started recently after I have experienced translation as well as relevant translation services for more than ten years. In addition to this, I have encouraged by some online translation companies whom I dealt to go ahead in this amazing and interesting adventure that is the project manager.

I have started my career as a translator in various Syrian and Egyptian industrial and commercial companies for more than ten years after I graduated from Aleppo University/ English department, holding multi responsibilities basically were the translation and commercial correspondence. During my work I have discovered that I have the sense of following up and the ability to manage any department entrusted to me and its stuff to fulfill the tasks required. So I improved my skills in this sense and made a lot of courses that added to me a new professional knowledge, such as: International Standard for New Secretary course, report writing Skills course, Customer Care Skills course, E-Commercecourse, ISO (quality management system and Internal Audit) and Preventative Maintenance course, in addition to the translation courses to improve my translation skill.

In 2011, I began to live a new experience for me that is working online in translation and educational services. I have dealt with a lot of translation companies that have more than one translation task reached to manage the translation department as a whole online from marketing the company service and communicating with the client enjoying the practice of the negotiation skills to organize the translation project of that company through setting the policy of translation project cycle from planning the policy and schedule the translators tasks , time, and budget to follow the translators up and supervise them till the project is fulfilled. This work is not simple and needs to be accurate, active, patient, and a good organizer and follower to achieve this project. I am still enjoying this job and every day I learn something new of practicing it that will be useful for my life and career.
