Hi my name is Laura Hill and I started in the recruitment industry at the age of 21,..... so many years ago now!!

It all started in 2001 attending a interview for a adminstrator for a recruitment company with the intentions of staying in the job for a couple of weeks until I found something with more Career apsirations..... or so I thought. Seven years later up to 2008 and I was still there working my way up to branch manager and successfully running the branch exceeding targets and billing the highest revenue within the company with a established company base with clients such as Royal Mail, Bacardi Martini, Rank Hovis... to name a few.

In 2009 I was approached by my friend and work colleague (Manager) while at Green Personnel to set up red chilli recruitment which we did and have never looked back. I am proud to say we are a well established market leader within the Engineering and Technical division with our IT division set up in 2012, specialising in Executive Search placements on a permanent and contract basis.

Recruitment is my passion, as well as meeting new people and learning about them and what they do. I am entrigued by technical job roles and peoples backgrounds and how they got to where they are today. Anything related to the business world inspires me as well as passion for your work and working in a role which you feel is your chosen path in life. I am very spiritual and apply this to all aspects of my life personal and my career.

I am looking to reach out to potential candidates to help them find thier dream job and also offer my executive search services to clients wihtin the UK and overseas.
