RJ Marmol is a Manila-based writer, musician, and independent publisher who has been publishing online since 2008. Her work centers on sense-making — turning lived complexity across creativity, systems, and rebuilding into clear, usable frameworks.

She releases music as HeyRJ.

Her debut album of 20-track original songs, Stuck Home Syndrome, is now available on Bandcamp and will be streaming everywhere March 20, 2026.

She also runs Steady Hand Press, an independent imprint for practitioner-led nonfiction and writes books under the author name Cecilia Regina Aquino Blanquera. RJ Marmol's debut full-length book, Rebuilding Under Debt: Thinking Clearly When Everything Is a Blur, a practical guide to making decisions when margin is thin, cognitive bandwidth is low, and the cost of error is high – is now available on Amazon in ebook and paperback.
