Coming from a family-owned, small business background, I am able to connect with various types of business owners to better understand their needs and goals when making real estate decisions. Throughout my career, I have worked with all types of businesses, owners and clients in several facets of commercial real estate including pad site sales, project leasing, project/shopping center development, acquisitions and tenant representation. Current clients include Jack in the Box, La Familia Auto Insurance and Navika Capital Group while some of my previous clients have included Yum! Brands (Taco Bell & Long John Silver), Vista Property Company, TitleMax Title Loans, Ewing Irrigation, ATC Freightliner and Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.

Over the last several years of my career, I have been specifically focusing on Hispanic oriented retail sub-markets in effort to better serve these traditionally under-served communities. I have identified key retail opportunities which have led to significant quality retail development/re-development of properties which in turn have attracted national credit retailers and neighborhood services to meet consumer needs in those communities.

Some of the tasks that I have focused include Tenant Representation and Site Selection. I also focus on project leasing assignments and land/pad site sales.
