After studying dance at Temple University, Rachael moved to New York to become the Rehearsal Coordinator for American Ballet Theatre. While working with ABT, Rachael was able to assist some of the industries’ top choreographers and dancers including John Neumeier, Alexei Ratmansky, Twyla Tharp, Azsure Barton and Benjamin Millipied. Rachael traveled with ABT domestically and internationally including the National Centre for Performing Arts in Beijing, China, and the Metropolitan Opera House in New York City, working closely with each venue’s designated staff.

Rachael moved back to Philadelphia in 2011 to become the Management Associate for Jeanne Ruddy Dance. After the announcement JRD’s closing, Rachael was promoted to Marketing and Development Manager of the Performance Garage, where she is currently aiding in the restructuring of the organization.

Rachael is also the Youth Outreach Instructor at the Performance Garage, where she is able to share her passion for teaching dance to underserved students in the Philadelphia community.
