Rachael Stern, MSW

Los Angeles, CA

On November 6th, 2012, Maryland passed marriage equality at the ballot box for the first time in World History. Rachael was proud to serve as digital director, raising more online than ever previously in the state. From 9900% list growth to engaging over 200 coalition partners, she motivated a small staff to exceed their expectations and launch a campaign into America's wildest dreams.

Rachael has had a rich career in non-profits as well, creating and serving as the first staff member at Brooklyn Community Pride Center. From steering a staff of volunteers to securing $4 Million in capitol campaign funds, Rachael has proven her success. She started the Eating Disorder Activist Network, the first non-profit of it's kind in the eating disorder field, served on boards of directors (Baltimore LGBT Center) and continues to consult.

Rachael wouldn't be satisfied unless she was creating change on all levels. As a psychotherapist, Rachael is also effective in helping individuals craft holistic and well lived lives.
